What makes AlliedScribe different
Built for Australian EP and scheme practice. Not adapted to it.
Most documentation tools and research reviews are made for clinicians everywhere. AlliedScribe is made for the work you actually do here: scheme reports, workers comp clients and evidence you can put straight into a treatment plan.
Chosen for exercise-based practice
Papers picked for MSK, persistent pain and return to work by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who treats these clients every week.
Wording for Australian schemes
How each finding applies to SIRA, icare, Comcare, DVA, NDIS and EPC clients, with example wording for treatment plans and reports.
Monday morning actions
Two to four concrete changes for your next session on every paper, plus a client explainer you can say word for word.
Research and reports together
The Research Library comes with the tool that writes your AHTRs, DVA reports and GP letters. One subscription, $15 a month.
How reports work
Paste your notes. Get the report the insurer wants.
AlliedScribe pulls progress, goals and treatment out of your consult notes and lays them out in each scheme’s format, ready to check and send.

Already use an AI scribe?
Keep it. We do the part it doesn't.
Your scribe writes the clinical note. AlliedScribe turns that note into what the insurer, GP or planner needs to see: the right headings, the right goals, the right format for each scheme.

Before you start
What happens after my 5 reports?
You choose: unlimited reports for $15/month or $150/year, or walk away. We never took a card, so nothing is charged.
What counts as a report?
Each time you click "Extract & populate" uses one report from your free trial. Editing the draft, generating the PDF, or copying the text does not use an additional report.
Where is client data stored?
AlliedScribe is hosted on Railway in Australia. Your clinical notes are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the draft and are not stored on our servers after your session. We recommend using the de-identification toggle to strip client names and claim numbers before sending. Your account details are encrypted at rest and in transit in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Do I still check the report?
Yes. AlliedScribe drafts. You review, edit and sign off. You’re the clinician.
Your next five reports are on us.
No card. No lock-in. Built for Australian allied health.
