AlliedScribe is operated by Kinetic Rehabilitation Pty Ltd (ABN 79 152 870 669), Newcastle NSW. We take the privacy of your clients and your practice seriously.
What information we collect
We collect:
- Your account details — name, work email address, and profession when you sign up.
- Clinical notes you paste or upload into AlliedScribe to generate reports.
- Usage information — report counts and account activity, used to manage your subscription.
- Payment details — processed securely by our payment provider (eWAY). We do not store your card number.
How we use your information
Your clinical notes are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate report drafts. Notes are not stored on our servers after your session ends and are not used to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Your account information is used to manage access, send account-related emails, and improve the service.
De-identification
AlliedScribe includes an optional de-identification toggle. When enabled, client names, date of birth, and claim numbers are stripped from your notes before they are sent to the AI. We strongly recommend using this feature.
Data storage and security
Account data is stored on servers located in Australia. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at brett@kineticrehab.com.au.
