By using AlliedScribe you agree to these terms. AlliedScribe is operated by Kinetic Rehabilitation Pty Ltd, Newcastle NSW.
What AlliedScribe does
AlliedScribe uses AI to generate draft clinical reports and correspondence from notes you provide. It is a drafting tool only — it does not provide clinical advice, and all generated content must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified allied health practitioner before submission.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and clinical appropriateness before use.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and your professional registration obligations, when entering client information.
- You must not use AlliedScribe to generate fraudulent, misleading, or knowingly inaccurate reports.
- Your account is personal and must not be shared with other practitioners.
Free trial
New accounts receive 5 free reports. The free trial is available once per email address. After your free reports are used, a subscription is required to continue.
Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Limitation of liability
AlliedScribe is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content, errors in report drafts, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AlliedScribe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
